Installing Social Wallet App
1. Download and install the “Social Wallet” app from Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple)
2. Activate the app by entering your mobile number. You will receive a 5 digit TAC via SMS, which you need to key in. Some phones will automatically read the incoming TAC and you do not need to key in.
3. Choose your preferred username and then fill in all your personal details as per your MyKad or passport. You will also be asked to set a six digit security PIN and to select a security question/answer combo. The security question is used to reset your PIN in case you forgot your PIN. Finally, you will be asked to upload a copy of your MyKad or passport. Just your phone camera to take a snapshot of the front of your MyKad or passport and upload it.
Cash In Social Wallet
1. Login to your app with your Username & PIN. The app will bring you to the Home page, where the balance in your mobile wallet will be shown as zero. Click on the Cash In button to start loading some money into your wallet.
2. You will be brought to the Guided Tutorial for the Cash In which is a simple two-step process:
a) Transfer Money using ATM or Internet Banking to an Account registered under name of Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd
b) Notify Us.
Scroll down to see more bank names and account numbers. Once the transfer is done, note down the details and click on Notify Us
3. In this example, the user is performing Cash In of RM1000 by transferring to the Maybank account registered to Mobile Money International Sdn Bhd. In the Notify Us Page, the user will select Maybank and then key in the amount, date and time of the transfer and Click OK.
4. Now go back to the Home Screen and wait for your Cash In to show up in your Balance. Do not worry if it does not appear immediately. It may take up to 30 minutes for the Balance to be updated.
Purchasing OffGamers Store Credits using Social Wallet
1. To purchase OffGamers Store Credits, in the Home Screen, click on Shop.
2. Select Games
3. Select OffGamers
4. Select the Gift Card that you intend to purchase (in this example the user is purchasing an RM10 Gift Card).
5. Key in the PIN number that you set when registering and activating the app.
6. Once the purchase is successful you will be shown the Serial Number and PIN Code of the gift card.
Loading OffGamers Store Credits
1. Login to your OffGamers online account. Click on your user ID and then click on “Store Credits”.
2. Click on the icon under “Select your preferred Gift Card to redeem” as shown in the picture below.
3. Key in the Serial Number and the PIN code of the gift card and click “Next”.
4. Confirm the top-up store credits by clicking on the “Confirm” button.
5. The next screen will inform you of your successful top-up.
