Refunds issued will normally take between 24 hours and up to 14 working days until the funds are reflected back into your account. We will notify the payment gateway provider as soon as any refund is noted and it will then be dependent on the payment gateway to handle matters swiftly.
Please kindly note that we will not be able to process refunds once an order has been disputed and will require such matters to be resolved before funds can be applied back to your account.
