Payment success but order appears as Pending
- Contact the card issuer OR login to your banking account to confirm whether the payment has been deducted.
- If deducted, kindly contact our customer support via email along with the payment receipt.
Payment fail:
- Ignore the order. The order will be considered abandoned by our system and it will automatically cancel the order within 48 hours.
PayPal e-check:
- PayPal e-check clearance normally will take 3 to 5 working days.
- Kindly contact PayPal customer support for further inquiries/assistance.
- We will only be able to proceed with the order once we have received the payment confirmation from PayPal.
Order with Store Credits (SC) attached but payment failed:
- You may click the cancel button via our website and the store credit will be credited back to your account after the order is canceled.
